Due to the recent focus on the controversy surrounding honoring Loki, because so many of us love, respect, and honor this quixotic and clever God, and because I absolutely adore Him -- Loki has ever been good to me--I've decided to make July 'Honor Loki Month."
Oh, this is not official---how could it be? Heathenry has no official organizational head (thank the Gods) --but it is something that I shall do here on my blog and within my House and I encourage any and all of you, my readers, to join in too.
Here's how it's going to work: every day for the month of July, I'm going to both do (within my own House, kindred, and home) something to honor Loki (and probably His family too) and I shall post something here. It might not be long, perhaps a prayer, a poem, a snipped of insight, but every day for the month of July, I will post something that in some way honors Loki here.
As I said, please feel free to join in. You don't necessarily need to do something every day: once a week for the month would suffice. I'm just an over-achiever. LOL. For all the times He is not honored, let Him be honored now.
